Day 4

The Weather Gods are smiling on me again today. Got lots of fabric dried on the line. You won't believe how much easier it is to iron fabric dried on the line versus fabric dried in the dryer.

This lot was unceremoniously dumped into the basket. Need to spread it out before too many creases form.

This is the hard working Alan making kumihimo kits. He's carrying an injury at the moment. By his position you would think it was his leg. But no! He has a crook shoulder and what's worse is that it is his ironing arm. He cried foul when I took this snap. I reminded him of Company Policy 101. He/She who owns the camera has the power. This Policy has a Bylaw, He/She who does the post retains editorial privilege!

I hope I'm not jinxing myself here but even with the foul weather we are on track for the show. I believe that I will even have time this week to dye some space dyed threads. This lot is ready to go tomorrow. And I promise tomorrow to post a few more Dylon Dye images.

It's a wonder you have any time left for the dylon dyeing the way you are going. Having said that I can't wait to see the next colour

Hi Trish - all your preparations are going swimmingly!

It's getting exciting isn't it! Ooh yes and I've included you in a blog post over at ruby2 as well.

Line-dried fabric smells so much nicer too - it's like it traps the sunshine.
