Moreton Bay Arts Council Inc. presents “TOO EASY” at the Redcliffe Cultural Centre “Stage Door Gallery” (Downs St. Redcliffe) from the 1st April to 1st May 2011.Daily Opening hours Monday to Friday is 9am until 4pm. The display will exhibit artworks from 12-25 years across a range of categories including pop art, modern art and street art. Contemporary, abstract, cartoon, digital and indigenous artwork will also be on display.

The textile group presents their visions of the Gayundah in its last resting place until the 5th June at the Redcliffe Museum.

On Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 April there is an Advanced Screen Printing on Cloth Workshop at the : Redcliffe Cultural Centre – Shillam Room. Marie-Therese Wisniowski, tutor of this Image Dreaming workshop, will guide Participants through the use of the silkscreen in an exciting and non-traditional mode. Critical Craftings is the name of this year’s UNLEASHED exhibition at artisan. Performance jewellery and chocolate sculptures are some of the extraordinary pieces examining the strong conceptual underpinnings of exquisitely crafted works.
In the adjoining space at artisan you will enjoy an exhibition by Emma Davies. Recycled plastic plant forms create a garden of the future inspired by time spent in the Torres Strait.
