The Crafter's Way 115

It's a little late but here is another column from The Messenger.

Blogland

The world revolves around South East Queensland, right? Well for this week’s article it does. We will be visiting with lots of local craft blogs.

http://www.notsewshabby.blogspot.com/ You can’t get much more local than this. Tara is a Petrie mother of four who still finds time to indulge in her passion for fabric. Check out her blog even if it is just admire her fabric choices.

http://justneedssalt.blogspot.com/ Jade is one half of Beckybean bags so her blog always features lots of gorgeous bags to drool over. Not only do you get lots of crafty fun but Jade posts the yummiest recipes to tempt you away from the sewing machine.

http://chicuff.blogspot.com/ Daneve creates unique, wearable art from recycled green bags. You know, the ones we are all using now instead of plastic bags. Her brooches and headbands are bright, fun and very funky. If you haven’t yet been inspired by green craft then have a look at this blog.

http://sophismpress.blogspot.com/ this is one of my all time favourite blogs, I never miss a post. Chrissy‘s postings often make me laugh and always cause me to think. Followers of this blog gain automatic entry to a monthly mystery prize giveaway. Don’t think you have entered the wrong address if the banner looks different to this one. Chrissy changes her banner headings often, which is another reason to visit. They are eye catching.

http://www.acreaturestrange.blogspot.com/Julia is a graphic designer, sewer, all round craft and cooking lover. Not only is her blog a collection of her crafty endeavours but you will also read about her travels. Don’t miss the posts on “The Colours of Spain” & “The Colours of Spain”.

Now just to check who reads right to the end here is your chance to win. To celebrate 500 posts I am holding a giveaway on my blog http://trishalandesigns.blogspot.com/.
