Disapointed

Over the years I have given up regularly buying Australian Craft Magazines. They seem to be filled with the same projects year after year. Nothing much seems to excite me.






I have been buying 2 magazines from overseas; Cloth, Paper Scissors from the US and Stitch from the UK. I usually stalk the newsagents every 2 months until they arrive. I walk in grab my 2 copies and scurry home to pour over them.










Imagine my horror when I picked up my latest copy of CPS to find that it had jumped in price by almost $5.00. Damn the current conversion rates. As good as the mag is I can't see me buying it every time. I'll be that person you see standing at the magazine racks reading every article before putting it back.









Lucky for me I can still justify Stitch, no price hikes there.....yet.
